Today was an insane work day at our church. I headed up the paint crew.

7 hours of painting (no sitting AT ALL!) = 2261

2.5 hours of cleaning = 595

Total day = 2856 calories

Note: It's no wonder that people who work intensely physical jobs stay in shape and eat like a horse! I don't think I'm going to sign up for one though. ;)

Well, my very first post in my journal! Yay!

Today was the first day on my new strength training regimen. I decided to spilt up my weight machine workout. I usually get pretty annoyed with it, in the second half. I am going to try this over the next week. See how it feels and if I can find a groove with it. :)
