**In a big hurry today! Off to take the girls to a homeschool Christmas party this afternoon. Glad I finally got Ab Ripper in this week! I skipped it all week! (I could tell too, OUCH!) Got a few extra calories burned by getting my heart rate up. Also, I lost just a couple ounces shy of 2 pounds this week! That's about 5 pounds since I first weighed in last Tuesday! Makes me happy!
