Note: Today was killer! I was dying and ready to quit! I always find the last workout day of the week does that to me. Ecspecially running, seems my body is ready for rest! I managed to make it through, and I'm happy for it. Sidenote: It seems getting bugs in your mouth while running is a normal summer thing... blah
