Note: Today was killer! I was dying and ready to quit! I always find the last workout day of the week does that to me. Ecspecially running, seems my body is ready for rest! Notes: Today I got my forerunner! I was able to program my interval workout on the computer and transfer it to the watch. Very cool. I messed up one of the times though, which threw the whole thing off. But I managed alright. I love the map it gives at the end of your work out when you plug it back in to your computer! Fun!

Notes: I'm very bummed that I had to start over (again) on my running intervals. And the thing that gets me most is I KNOW how frusterating that first week can be! Well, my very first post in my journal! Yay!

Today was the first day on my new strength training regimen. I decided to spilt up my weight machine workout. I usually get pretty annoyed with it, in the second half. I am going to try this over the next week. See how it feels and if I can find a groove with it. :)
