I've really sucked at keeping this journal. It doesn't mean I don't work out, just that I am the worst blogger! :) But I'm giving it a go... once again. I am rearranging my day to fit my workouts in before our classes start in the morning. I am hoping it helps me quit being inconsistent!
Cardio: Treadmill
*I just did an easy jog today for about 25 minutes total. Trying to get the week off on the right foot, when I am really having a hard time getting motivated.

Calorie burn: 423
My eating has been terrible. I am insisting that I get myself under control immediately. The Holidays will absolutely destroy me if I don't. Tomorrow is a new day!
