*I needed to do abs today. oops. I am definitely going to do it tomorrow! This workout went really well! In fact.... DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!

I curled a full set of 20 pound weights for the first time in a workout, TWICE!!!!

I think that rocks!

  1. I agree, you do rock!! Way to curl!! I bought a new yoga matt with a lot of cushion so that hopefully I could do more of the ab routine too. So glad you're doing this again.
