*Today was yoga day! It's the first time we've done this video in a LONG time. And I could tell! I have lost flexibility and strength! I managed to get through the moves, barely. I look forward to improving in this workout! Also, because the workout is SO long, Jason and I never do the whole thing. I did the 2nd half (40 minute balance lunges) earlier today, and we did the 1st half (50 minutes) together this evening. It made for a very active day!

  1. I burned 48 calories doing the Ab Ripper. Tomorrow is my Yoga day. I'm excited to see how X it is! LOL! Glad you're back!
