Friday: P90X Back and Biceps, 50 minutes
Calories Burned: 400
Food Success: I am on track to finish strong!

Notes: I was able to keep my heart rate up by moving through the workouts a little quicker than the video allows. Love it!

I curled 17 pounds today! That is a new goal for me! Can't wait to tell the DH. ;)
